By creating an account, using our website, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paydora Limited. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paydora's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Paydora Limited ("we", "us", "our") provides NIN (National Identity Number) verification services through our platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Services comply with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and other applicable Nigerian laws. We operate as an independent verification service provider and are not affiliated with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
"Account"
Refers to your registered user account with Paydora.
"Services"
Collectively refers to all NIN verification services, website features, and platform functionalities provided by Paydora.
"NIN"
National Identity Number issued by the Nigerian National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
"Verification Report"
The official document generated after NIN verification containing verified identity information.
"Wallet"
Your digital wallet within Paydora used for funding verification requests.
"Content"
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Paydora cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any breach of security.

Our Services provide verification based on official NIN records. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the original NIN database. Verification results depend on data availability and accuracy from official sources.
All fees are clearly displayed before you initiate any verification. You authorize Paydora to charge your wallet or payment method for all applicable fees. Taxes may be added to fees as required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with Nigerian laws, including but not limited to the NDPR 2019, Cybercrimes Act 2015, and other applicable regulations regarding data privacy and identity verification.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law.
All content, features, and functionality available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Paydora Limited or its licensors and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the NIN data you submit for verification. Verification reports are licensed to you for personal or business use as specified in your verification plan. You may not resell, distribute, or commercially exploit verification reports beyond the scope of your purchased license.
PAYDORA, the Paydora logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Paydora Limited. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
NIN information is considered sensitive personal data under Nigerian law. We process this data only for verification purposes with appropriate security measures. By submitting NIN data, you confirm you have legal authority to process such information.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

In no event shall Paydora's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing and using our Services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Termination will result in the deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our data retention policies.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees remain payable. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation administered by the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse or any other recognized mediation service in Nigeria.
Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The arbitration shall take place in Abuja, Nigeria, and shall be conducted in English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens.
